D’Juan Francisco

D’Juan Francisco followed his brother, Hiawatha Francisco ’87, to Notre Dame in 1985 under Coach Gerry Faust from Moeller High School in Cincinnati, OH. D’Juan and Hiawatha both played football for Coach Faust who built Moeller’s nationally known football program.

D’Juan was a member of the 1988 Championship Team under Coach Holtz and graduated from Notre Dame in 1989 with degrees in Sociology and Psychology and was drafted by Washington that spring.

After two knee surgeries, D’Juan returned to Notre Dame to work with Chuck Lennon in the Alumni Office for 12 years. During that time he attained his MSA in 1999 from Notre Dame’s Business School.

D’Juan left Notre Dame in 2003 to begin his career as a pharmaceutical representative working with well-known companies such as Pfizer, Proctor & Gamble and has been with Colgate Palmolive in the Cincinnati area for the last 15 years.

D’Juan joined the Holtz’s Heroes Foundation Board in 2018 and serves on the Community Service Committee. He has participated in various events that provide free health care for elementary students and multiple speaking events to help high school students continue to be motivated to follow their dreams after high school.

D’Juan is committed to being a leader to hundreds of young men and women, his family, friends and teammates. He enjoys playing golf, celebrating male and female athletes and traveling.
